Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
During sales or new product launches, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing due to high demand.

We primarily ship to customers across the United States using trusted courier partners.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Delays & Exceptions
External factors such as severe weather, customs checks, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change or cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.
